1. I / we are aware of and agree to the following:

The child's participation in the area is entirely my / our own responsibility, whether it is by use of any kind of equipment in the Hoppland area or participation in individual events held by Hoppland. The potential liability of employees towards participants can only be based on illegal and culpable conduct of the employees.
I / we confirm that the child will follow the instructions given to them in the area. The guidelines and rules of the area aim to minimize the risk of injuries to participants when using equipment, devices or other facilities in the area.
Personnel are not responsible for any personal property that may be destroyed or lost in the area.
Any use of alcohol or drugs is completely prohibited in the area.
I / we have watched Hoppland's safety video and have been introduced to the safety rules in the area.

By signing, I / I also declare that:

1. I / we commit to compensate all the damage of tools, equipment and other things, if the damage can be traced to the child’s actions or conduct, that are contrary to the instructions or the rules that apply in the area.

2. I / we agree that the staff has the right to deny the child access to equipment and / or expel them from the area if it does not follow the instructions and rules that apply in the area and also if the staff consider his behavior or actions threatening to its safety or others. Such expulsion does not entitle you to a refund.

The child has adequate health to use the tools and equipment of the area and that no health problems afflict what may threaten his or her safety or the safety of others. I have / have / have informed staff about other conditions that may affect their ability to use the equipment and facilities of the area.

3. Consent of the child and guardian.
